REPORT OF ATF OYO STATE GRANTS IN 2022
HEALTH

  1. N50,000 was given to an abandoned pregnant woman for the treatment of hepatitis at the Adeoyo Maternity Teaching Hospital, Yemetu, Ibadan.
  2. N30,000 was given to a woman diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the right femur and scheduled for a right total hip replacement at the UCH, Ibadan.
  3. Another N30,000 was given to a brother for the surgical operation of his pregnant wife at the Adeoyo Maternity Teaching Hospital, Yemetu, Ibadan.
  4. N30,000 was given to a brother for a surgical procedure to correct undescended testes at the UCH, Ibadan.
  5. Another N50,000 was to a sister admitted at Ring Road State Hospital, Ibadan for skin grafting surgery on her left knee and lower thigh necrotizing fasciitis.
  6. A sum of N30,000 was given to a member to pay accrued hospital bills of his mother at a private hospital at Kishi, Oyo State.
  7. A sum of N20,000 was given to a mother to pay her daughter’s bill at Oni and Sons Memorial Children Hospital, Ring Road, Ibadan.
  8. N50,000 was given for the surgery and chemotherapy of a nine years old boy admitted at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin (UITH) for Retinoblastoma of the right eye.
  9. N30,000 was given for the management/treatment of a boy suffering from Down Syndrome at the UCH, Ibadan and Oni Memorial Children Hospital, Ring Road, Ibadan.
  10. N30,000 was given to a woman diagnosed of cancer of the bladder for Cholecystectomy at Ibadan.
  11. N30,000 was given for the surgery of a woman diagnosed of Anal Cancer at Lagos.
  12. N30,000 was given to a father whose son’s leg was to be amputated due to cancer at a private hospital at Iwo Road, Ibadan.
  13. A sum of N20,000 was given to a member whose wife had post partum complications at Adeoyo Maternity Teaching Hospital, Yemetu, Ibadan.
  14. N20,000 was given for the treatment of a child diagnosed of severe Anaemia at Oni and Sons Memorial Children’s Hospital, Ring Road, Ibadan.
  15. N15,000 was given for the treatment of a boy diagnosed of Typhoid fever and chronic infection at a private hospital at Ibadan.
  16. N50,000 was given to a woman undergoing kidney dialysis at UCH, Ibadan.
  17. N40,000 was given for the surgery to correct a lumbar disorder of a brother at Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta.
  18. Another N40,000 was given to a sister involved in an accident for a second surgery at UCH, Ibadan.
  19. N30,000 was given to a brother who had femoral fracture as a result of an accident at Ibadan.
  20. A sum of N30,000 was given to a patient admitted at the Adeoyo Maternity Teaching Hospital, Yemetu, Ibadan.
  21. A sum of N3,002,900 was spent during 7th episode of Free Annual Medico-Surgical Outreach at Muslim Hospital, Mosfala, Ibadan where 128 surgeries were performed on children, 32 on adult female and 54 on adult male while 424 patients underwent eye examination, consultation and treatment whereas 130 patients had dental procedures and 119 women had cervical cancer screening free of charge.

  1. A student of Surveying and Geoinformatics at the Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State was granted N30,000 to pay part of her school fees.
  2. A student of Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan was granted N30,000 to pay part of her school fees.
  3. Another student of Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan was granted N30,000 to pay part of his school fees.
  4. N30,000 was given to a final year student of Anthropology, University of Ibadan, Ibadan to undertake her project and thesis.
  5. N30,000 was given to an orphan to pay part of his tuition at the Computer science department, Bayero University, Kano.
  6. N30,000 was given to a student of Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan to pay part of her school fees.
  7. N30,000 was given to another student of Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology to pay part of her school fees.
  8. N30,000 was given to a mother at Isale-Alfa, Ibadan to pay part of her daughter’s school fees at the Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo.
  9. N30,000 was given to a father to pay part of the school fees of his daughter at Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic, Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State.
  10. N30,000 was given to a student of Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Kishi to pay part of her final year school fees.
  11. A sum of N50,000 was given to a father at Ibadan to pay part of the school fees of his two sons in tertiary institutions.
  12. A 200 level student of English and Literary Studies at the Ekiti State University was granted N30,000 to pay part of her school fees.
  13. N50,000 was granted for the upkeep and school fees of three orphans at Ibadan City Boys High School and Omoyeni Special School, Orita-Aperin, Ibadan.
  14. N5,500 was given to a student of Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan as payment for scrub.
  15. N30,000 was given to a student to pay for WAEC GCE form registration and tutorial class at Ibadan.
  16. N50,000 was granted to Kwara State ATF for the payment of the school fees of two students of Kwara State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Ilorin.
  17. N15,00 was given to a student of Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan to pay part of her school fees.
  18. N30,00 was given to a student of Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele, Ibadan to buy needed school items.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY/INTERVENTION

  1. A family displaced from the North due to Boko Haram crisis was given N30,000 to complete their house rent payment at Olorunsogo/Oremeji, Ibadan.
  2. A sum of N25,000 was given to a disengaged casual worker of IBEDC to pay part of his outstanding house rent at Boluwaji, Ibadan.
  3. Another sum of N25,000 was given to a housewife at Ibadan to repay part of her debts incurred due to the impacts of Covid 19 pandemic.
  4. N10,000 was spent on logistics during the 11th edition of quarterly blood donation exercise at the Blood Service Commission, Total Garden, Ibadan.
  5. N10,000 quarterly support grant was given to Channel for Widow Relief Initiative, Apata, Ibadan.
  6. N10,000 quarterly support fund was equally given to FOMWAN Orphanage, Akobo Estate,Ibadan.
  7. 3 bags of rice at a cost of N93,000 were donated to Idi-Ape/Iwo Road Muslim Community, Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele as well as Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan during Ramadan 1443AH.
  8. A sum of N490,000 was spent on foodstuffs (Semovita) distributed to the needy during Ramadan 1443 AH.
  9. N30,000 was given as quarterly grants to the FOWWAN Orphanage, Akobo, Ibadan.
  10. Another N30,000 was given as quarterly grants to the Widows Relief Initiative, Apata, Ibadan.
  11. A sum of N61,000 was spent on Annual Ramadan Lecture at the Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Eleyele, Ibadan.
  12. A sum of N50,000 was given to a single mother to repay her debt at Olodo, Ibadan.
  13. N20,000 was given to Adeoyo Maternity Teaching Hospital, Ibadan Muslim Community for 1443AH Eid el Adha get-together party.
  14. A sum of N10,000 was spent on logistics during the 12th edition of quarterly blood donation exercise at the Ibadan Zonal headquarters of National Blood Service Commission.
  15. A sum of N50,000 was given to a brother to repay part of debt incurred due to loss on his business at Ibadan.
  16. N25,000 was given to a woman to pay her house rent at Ibadan.
  17. N30,000 was given to a divorcee to secure accommodation at Ibadan because she refused to revert to Christianity. *Total=N999,000*

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

  1. N50,000 was given to a brother to pay part of the annual rent on his madrasah building at Ibadan.
  2. N50,000 was given to an abandoned housewife to restock her Islamic materials trade in Ibadan.
  3. N50,000 was given to another housewife to restock her patent medicine store at Amuloko, Ibadan.
  4. N50,000 was given to a junior staff at Jericho Specialist Hospital, Ibadan to purchase a laptop to boost his typing business centre.
  5. N30,0000 was given to the wife of partially-blind man to boost her trade in order to take care of her incapacitated husband.
  6. N50,000 worth of Whipping Machine was given to an indigent sister to enable her cater for herself and her aged parents at Muslim area, Ibadan.
  7. N50,000 was given to sister to buy Sewing Machine while her parents contributed the shortfall of N20,000 at Ibadan.
  8. N25,000 was given to a housewife at Ayegun/Olunde, Ibadan to boost her foodstuffs trade.
  9. A sister was granted N50,000 to buy materials needed to start hair dressing saloon at Olodo/Oke-omi, Ibadan, with conditions that she does not fix attachments and other prohibited practices.
  10. N25,000 was given to another housewife at Oke-offa/Atipe, Ibadan to boost her provisions trade.
  11. A housewife was given N50,000 to boost her tailoring materials trade at Akobo, Ibadan.
  12. N50,000 was given to a widow at Ologuneru, Ibadan to boost her ogi and moinmoin supply trade.
  13. N50,000 was given to an amputee family man to boost his Islamic Materials trade at Egbeda Oluwo, Ibadan.
  14. N50,000 was given to a woman to resuscitate her polythene bags supply trade at Apete, Ibadan.
  15. N50,000 was given to a woman to restock her patent medicine/provisions trade at Muslim area, Ibadan.
  16. N50,000 was given to a woman at Lagos to buy Deep Freezer for her soft drinks/table water supply trade.
  17. N75,000 was given to a graduate of Biology/Microbiology, the Polytechnic Ibadan to start a small scale poultry/fishery business at Moniya, Ibadan.
  18. A sum of N30,000 was given to a brother to repair his commercial car at Monatan,Ibadan.
  19. N50,000 was given to a woman to boost her cooked foods sale at Ibadan.
  20. N50,000 was given to brother to start a POS service and phone accessories business at Oki, Olodo, Ibadan.
  21. N50,000 was given to a woman to resuscitate her provisions sale at Amuloko, Ibadan.
  22. N50,000 was given to a woman to procure a new sewing machine at Akanran, Ibadan.
  23. N50,000 was given to a brother to rent a building to start a Nursery/Primary School at Owode Academy, Ibadan.
  24. N50,000 was given to a woman to boost her cooked foods sale at Olomi, Ibadan.
  25. A sum of N50,000 was given to an Auxiliary Nurse to start a patent medicine store at Agbara, Ogun State.
  26. N50,000 was given to a woman to start a firewood supply business at Iwo Road, Ibadan.
  27. A widow was given N50,000 to procure a new grinding machine at Ibadan.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES/MSCELLANEOUS

  1. N5,000 was spent on the production of Video documentary to appreciate Sage Publications, UK for its continuous support of our Annual Free Surgical Outreach over the years.
  2. N35,000 was spent on logistics, data bundle subscriptions and call credit as well as printing and photocopying of letters and documents.
  3. N10,000 was spent on logistics during the procurement of different economic empowerment materials for beneficiaries during first quarter, 2022.
  4. A sum of N30,000 was spent during the last ATF NEC/NWC Meeting at Ilorin, Kwara State.
  5. A sum of N17,000 was spent on behalf of NEC/NWC on website domain name annual renewal payment.
